Maison Manesse introduces a fresh take on fine dining. It`s all about feeling comfortable, connecting over food and creating fun memories while dishes celebrate the perfect imperfections nature has to offer.
Chef Fabian Spiquel and restaurant manager Christian Gujan passionately share the experience of fun fine dining with their guests as comfort and a casual atmosphere lie at the root of Maison Manesse`s identity. In the kitchen complex dishes and strict arrangements give way to more approachable compositions, which Fabian creates with a relaxed attidue to emphasize the natural shapes on each plate.
Maison Manesse can be experienced as a six course menu, selected à la carte, or with shared dishes for a minimum of two people. Guests can also simply stop by for a dessert or an infused gin and tonic at the bar.

Fabian Spiquel grew up in his parent`s restaurant in Airlie Beach, Australia. It is these familiar grounds he witnessed the magical power of serving food and wine and how it could transform people`s mood. It is the power that drives Fabian Spiquel to this day. When there's no other choice but to go for it, the rush of service is almost like meditation to him. It is this mind set that allows him to create a little magic.
